Document Requests

As a service to our customers, Norfolk Southern will provide you with copies of various documents related to your account. If you are in need of a copy of an agreement, an invoice, or to change your billing address, please print the application form and mail it in for processing by selecting the ‘Print and Mail Document Request Form’ option.
