Subleases

If you are a current NS tenant interested in subleasing all or part of the property under your lease, you must request approval prior to the transaction. To start the process, complete this application form.

Lease Assignments

If you are a current NS tenant selling your business to another entity or are changing the ownership of your business, you must complete the Sub-Lease/Assignment Application set forth below prior to the effective date of the transaction. You should also use that application for name change requests. All assignments are governed by your individual agreement language and generally must first be approved in writing by Norfolk Southern. Any changes in ownership or name must be accompanied by legal documentation to support your request.

Lease Termination Requests

All terminations are governed by the terms and conditions of your agreement with NS. Please refer to your lease or license. Any termination inquiries should be directed in writing to NS Real Estate for review and approval.
