The NS property portfolio includes thousands of parcels of land available for your personal or commercial needs. NS and its subsidiaries lease property for a wide variety of uses. Once you have determined Norfolk Southern’s ownership of the property, please complete an application form to apply for a lease. Print the application form below and mail it in for processing by selecting the ‘Print and Mail Land Lease Application Form’ option. Once we have reviewed your application, we will be in touch.

Track Leases
Track leases are available for our rail shippers to help meet transportation business requirements. You may lease NS owned track for transloading of cars or for storage of cars in transit. NS Real Estate is here to help move you in the right direction.
Farm Leases
NS has retained Halderman Real Estate to process applications and agreements for acreage of 15 to 200 acres for farmland use.
