Why did my invoice amount increase?
Some agreements allow for a periodic increase of the rental amount based on published wage and price indices, usually the CPI (Consumer Price Index). Some agreements allow for unscheduled increases, which are included after a letter of explanation is provided to the customer.

Why did the date of my invoice change?

The new system allows for more flexibility and we have changed the billing date to more accurately reflect the date of your agreement.
